1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Personalized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zyolan.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
